LTAG was founded in early 2023 by Albert May who is the lead tutor for the company.  Albert learnt and developed his expertise in Technical Analysis over a 10 year period, gaining expertise here and there as situations demanded.  With no courses available that are well structured, comprehensive and practical and with plenty of colleagues who wanted to learn TA from him Albert established LTAG to plug a quality and content hole in the Technical Analysis tuition market.  With a strong background in business, consulting, mentoring and coaching Albert’s style is to help his clients simplify complexity and thereby make better decisions.

LTAG focusses in providing value for money on-line Technical Analysis tuition for investors who predominantly take long positions but also trade a portion of their portfolio. Fundamental data is merged with analytical data on prices and volume so that you have what you most need to know.  Technical Analysis does not need to be complex and our client reviews confirm that having done an LTAG course our clients make materially better investment decisions. We are a London UK based company but have clients worldwide.

Highly experienced investor, coach & mentor

I am a former KPMG London consulting managing partner with over 40 years’ global experience as an investor, entrepreneur, business owner, executive, non-executive director, strategist, coach and mentor. I’ve successfully established a variety of business start-ups, listed a major company on the New York Stock exchange and managed strategy consulting, information technology and renewable energy, companies in the UK, Asia, Middle East and Africa. I’ve managed and directed teams of up to 800 staff with an annual turnover under my responsibility in excess of USD 170m.

Currently, through LTAG, that I established, I am a proven business advisor to a number of UK based investment groups.  I have helped the members in these groups to significantly improve their portfolios by strategic, fundamental and technical analysis.

I enjoy helping others to learn and my style is to simplify complexity so that the wood can be seen for the trees. I have designed the LTAG technical analysis courses to help investors gain an edge over the seemingly chaotic markets and to help my clients to know what they don’t know.

Finally, I have been an NED and vice-chairman of a global charity that is focused on poverty reduction.

I am a Cambridge University postgraduate and Harvard Business School alumni.
